Our colocasia 'black coral's are absolutely stunning right now!  It's a versatile grower that can be used in the landscape, in outdoor planter pots and as bog plants.   Colocasia's in general do not like to be dry for long periods of time and require consistent watering if not kept in a bog water enviornment, so they will need consistent watering.  'Black coral' grows in full sun/part shade and even retains their deep purple-ebony color in full sun.  Sometimes the reflective heart-shaped leaves can have a bluish-purple metallic look to them.  Talk about a stunner, especially when planted with brightly colored plants.  Many places online will sell you either a tiny plant or a tuber of the plant but not here, you will be shipped a gorgeous leafy plant!

Our colocasia 'black coral' are beautiful right now and are currently sold in a 1-gallon and a 3-gallon.  The 3-gallons are about 2-3 ft high x 1-2 ft wide and shown in picture.  Grows in zone 8-11; are not frost hardy.

Because it is a living plant we expedite shipping to make sure the plant arrives healthy and alive.   Please read the section about our plants on our FAQs page for more information.  Please read the section about our plants on our FAQs page for more information.
