How Do I Place An Order?

Just click on the picture of the product which takes you to the products page, make sure you have the correct quantity then click 'add to cart'.   If you do not see a price that means there are options available for that product.  So click on the 'Option' bar next to the picture, click on your specific product then 'add to cart'.  Voila, easy right!?!  When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart symbol and following the checkout instructions, it's that easy.   You can pay for your order through Pay Pal by simply using your own debit card or credit card.  Florida residents will have the 6% sales tax added to your order total when you check out.   Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping

Shipping prices are FOB Lighthouse Point, FL.   Each order is manually processed and packaged.   We love to recycle here, so many of our boxes might be from previous shipments and might have other other signage on them.  Not to worry, the boxes will still be in great ship shape.  This way we can keep our costs down for you to save money plus we all need to help keep our planet clean and healthy, aka our home.  All prices are based on current shipping charges via USPS to your shipping zip code.  The weight of each item is it's shipping weight not the actual weight of the item.  Please make sure that the address you enter at checkout is the correct shipping address.   All orders will be shipped as quickly as possible using the most economical method which is usually USPS; with the except of live plants which will be expedited.   If you have special requests regarding expedited shipping for your order, please call us and/or e-mail us (twistedtrunkfla@gmail.com) with the details before you place your order.   Custom made and artisan made products may have different lead times than our standard products so please be patient since many of our items are hand crafted.

 

Special routing and/or requested carrier information must be specified prior to placing your order or we will ship at our own discretion.   Please know we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.   Packages are insured with the shipping carriers standard services.  If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance please contact us prior to ordering so we can invoice you for the cost of insurance.

 

We dearly apologize though currently we do not ship internationally.

Plants

Let's talk plants...all plant orders are shipped via expedited shipping (1-3 days) we carefully hand-pack and packaged each plant for safe shipping.   We also guarantee that the plants are alive and healthy when shipped.   However, it's common to find a few bent and/or brown leaves and/or broken branches upon arrival.  Plants are accustomed to pruning so just trim the branch and/or leaves at the bend/break and your plant will be fine.  This does not affect the health of the plant in any way and will not be replaced.    If you receive a plant(s) which has been severely damaged from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.  DO NOT DESTROY THE BOX THE PLANT CAME IN.   Please take a couple photos of the damaged package and plant(s) to email us.  In order for us to file a claim, the shipping carrier must see the damaged plant and box in order to make their decision whether to take responsibility and pay the claim or not.

We ship plants all year long since our weather is subtropical, however, the weather in your location may not be warm enough for the plants to arrive safely and/or survive outdoors until you can receive it.  We will hold your order prior to shipping it out and monitor temperature conditions with you to make sure your purchase arrives alive!  If you require shipping during inclement weather, we insist on overnight shipping and that someone be there to sign for the deliver.   Twisted Trunk negates any responsibility for the quality of the plant(s) upon arrival.


We mail rooted plants in dirt-filled containers. Shipping costs will vary depending upon the size, weight and number of plants mailed for each order.  Upon ordering online, the shipping charge displayed at check out is based on the current USPS rates to your zip code.

 

There is an additional cost for over sized packages and will work with you to get the best shipping rate.  Twisted Trunk reserves the right to invoice for additional postage charges incurred.  Some state restrictions apply.  

 

Most plants will ship out with a few days of Twisted Trunk receiving the order though please allow for up to 2 weeks for processing plant orders.  We can ship tropical fruit trees to all US states with the EXCEPTION of California, Hawaii and Arizona, sorry ya'll nothing personal just state mandated.  But we can ship our beautiful tropical plants to you!

Damage Claims

Twisted Trunk packs your orders carefully, but please check your shipment on arrival and make any damage claims to us within 5 days of receipt.   Depending on the product, some items may have a small restocking and/or return fee though we will let you know at that time. 

Personal Information​

We appreciate it when our information is kept private so we extend that to our customers as well.  The only reason we need your information is to ship the product to you.   Your information will never leave our super secret vaults!

Product Information

Many of our products are handmade and/or crafted by artists.   Each product will have a description specific to each piece.   Because many of our merchandise is handcrafted and/or made from natural materials, there will be some variations in color, texture, size & finish, as well as slight unique characteristics.  Though we do not consider these flaws, since that is how the artist and/or nature made it.   If you have additional questions on any item please contact us directly and we will be glad to help in any way we can.
